2 transfers per day are included in the participation packages, between the Grand Hotel Palace (venue) and the Capsis Thessaloniki Hotel (1 at the beginning of the congress and 1 at the end, at a pre- set time, by shuttle bus).
Group or private transfer services between the airport, conference center, and hotel are not included in the participation packages. The cost of group transportation is additionally 15 € per way per person with possible waiting time up to 60 minutes until departure. Private transportation from the airport is also available by taxi with cost per way €24-25 at day and €32-33 at night.
